Cathys Custom Cookies Terms and Conditions
MINIMUM QUANTITIES;
No minimum quantity of edible greeting cards. All other cookies-
12 per design and color.
PRICES;
Designated on each cookie item due to variability of labor and detail.
INGREDIENTS;
Short bread cookies contain: flour, sugar, butter, whole eggs, vanilla
and pasteurized egg whites.
Gingerbread cookies contain: flour, unsulfured molasses, Crisco
shortening, baking soda, salt, Cinnamon, cloves, allspice and pasteurized egg
whits and powdered sugar.
DISCOUNTS;
5 % discount for orders over $500.00. 10% discount for orders over
$1000.00 and 15 % discount for orders over $2000.00.
PACKAGING;
Standard cellophane with silver or gold ribbons--(regular lead time)
Printed ribbons @$.30 each. Silver or gold print on colored ribbons
add 7 extra days. Check on color availability by email.
LEAD TIME:
We require minimum of two weeks lead time on all orders under 100 pieces. Over
100 pieces please email for information.
RUSH FEES FOR EXPEDITED ORDERS;
25 % surcharge for rush orders.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
We ship ground DHL unless otherwise requested. Please contact us
by email for standard ground charges and delivery times.
PAYMENT METHODS;
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. We require payment in full within
24 hours of receipt of order to secure standard lead time. We reserve
the right to cancel orders that are not paid within 24 hours of
receipt of order. CATHY'S CUSTOM COOKIES uses a secure socket layer
(SSL) certified by Authorize.Net to encrypt all your personal
information. We use rigid security measures to prevent loss and
alteration of private information.
SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT:
You will receive an email confirmation
of your completed and paid up order. The email will contain order number and
product description. A second email will detail shipping date and DHL tracking
number.
DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED-- All claims for damaged or missing product must be made to our shipping department within 7 days of receipt of said product. Please email any claims. We are not responsible for missing package and damages committed by shipping carrier.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
No orders can be canceled after we receive
payment. Payments can be credited to future orders only.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Please note that cookies are hand decorate,
which could lead to slight variations from images on the web site.
For large quantities of hand colored cookies there might be slight
tint variations from web site images.
